How to request deletion

Use the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the account email and connected service involved.
Mention Meta or Facebook if the request concerns data received through those services. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

What happens next

We may verify that you control the relevant account. After verification, eligible personal data and data held for the authorized integration will be deleted or anonymized as soon as reasonably practical.

Some records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or other legal obligations. Their use will be limited to those purposes. You may also need to remove the webshop from Meta or Facebook settings to stop future sharing.
